Alexandria is home to the incredibly well known The Grounds of Alexandria. You can begin your day here with a delicious breakfast or brunch, complete with coffee, tea and other beverages, along with scrumptious meals, from a classic English breakfast to Mediterranean-style brekkie bowl. Afterwards, you can walk off your full stomach by having a stroll around the grounds. Many of their options are gluten free, vegan and use raw and unrefined ingredients to guarantee something for everyone.

Alexandria is easily accessible from Green Square train station and it’s only 4 kilometres away from the CBD. If you’re looking for a space just outside of the city, Alexandria would be an ideal location. You can easily walk from Green Square station to Alexandria in less than 10 minutes, so it’s extremely accessible from the city. The Princes Highway is the main road that runs past Alexandria, however you run the risk of getting caught in traffic, which is particularly bad in the early mornings and evenings. There are ways to get around these. From the city, Elizabeth Street is a recommended street to take over the M1.
