‚ÄčIf you make a booking through Spacer, you are protected by our money back guarantee.For all our valued Spacer Renters, you will be reimbursed in full if:

  • The issue is raised within 24 hours of the booking confirmation, and

  • The space is unavailable at the date and time of your agreement, or

  • There is a significant error in address or description of space, or

  • Your vehicle cannot fit in the space

 

To report an issue:

  1. Login to your dashboard and select ‘Options > Report Issue’ on the relevant booking

  2. Provide a detailed description of the issue and if possible, photographic evidence, receipts or statutory declarations

  3. We will confirm your eligibility for a refund. If successful, the refund will be deposited into your bank account within 5-7 business days.

 

Please note:

  • Removalist fees, alternative parking or transport costs, towing charges and any fines are not included as part of the money back guarantee

  • Issues not included above, including change of mind, are not covered by our money back guarantee

  • Your issue will be confirmed with the Host
