​If you make a booking through Spacer, you are protected by our money back guarantee.For all our valued Spacer Renters, you will be reimbursed in full if:
The issue is raised within 24 hours of the booking confirmation, and
The space is unavailable at the date and time of your agreement, or
There is a significant error in address or description of space, or
Your vehicle cannot fit in the space
To report an issue:
Login to your dashboard and select ‘Options > Report Issue’ on the relevant booking
Provide a detailed description of the issue and if possible, photographic evidence, receipts or statutory declarations
We will confirm your eligibility for a refund. If successful, the refund will be deposited into your bank account within 5-7 business days.
Please note:
Removalist fees, alternative parking or transport costs, towing charges and any fines are not included as part of the money back guarantee
Issues not included above, including change of mind, are not covered by our money back guarantee
Your issue will be confirmed with the Host
