Description
This secure undercover carport/garage space is located on the Redfern/Surry Hills border and available to lease. It is located at the rear of our garden for added security and has good access from the rear lane (a quiet road). It has a secure roller door with key lock. Is is protected from weather on 3 sides and has a good roof, but the 4th side is partially covered (bamboo screen on a timber frame for privacy) and may allow weather in so not ideal for some storage purposes. More secure weather protection can be added if required for a long term rental. There is no lighting but can be installed if required for a long term rental. You will have sole access to the car port. Inspections are welcome.
