Suit for 40ft Container. There is nearly 3 acres of land and many containers could be put here. It is zoned industrial and the zoning criteria says containers can be stacked up to six high. At present there is security fencing on two sides and farm fencing on the other two sides. Eventually I will upgrade the farm fencing to security fencing. However, at the present time I am listing the land to see what sort of demand there is for the space before going the expense of the fencing. I will also be looking at other security measures. As you can see from the photos there is a nice big road that allows for large vehicles to easily enter and leave the property.
