As a requirement of the lease agreement any renters must organise insurance for their stored goods, or take full liability for any potential damage. Long term agreements preferable.
Rules for my space
Electricity such as lighting and supply and standard usage of the power outlets are covered by body cooperation. However, excess use of the power where the lender is required to pay electricity charges, the renter will be liable to pay. No illegal activity is to be done on the premise.
