This bedroom space is located in Beverley and available to lease. It's inner West Adelaide and close to the CBD ( 7km). This bedroom is available for a short or long term lease for storage. At the moment the room is full furnished but we can move all furnitures ( bed, chest of drawer, table and chair out as required. Lease to store for any non-flammable household materials, luggage, furniture, boxes, equipment and household items. Ideally for oversea students, backpackers want to store their items during their holiday away from Adelaide. We are happy to organise to set up a portable camera so you can check this space online anytime and put the alarm on. Please do not hesitate to contact us for your further details.
Rules for my space
Contact me once the booking is confirmed to set up a time to move your storage items into the room. Access to your storage items will need to be organised 2 - 5 days in advance so that we can organise someone to be available to assist you to access the room. Restriction: only one visit per day, and 30' for each visit. The room is available for a long term or short term storage can be extended by arrangement. Dangerous goods are not allowed to store into the space. Not allowed to store any perishable, illegal or hazardous items. If you require storage boxes we have some available for you to use.
