Description
House is located in an industrial area and only 5-10mins to City and 10-15mins to Airport. We have a shed ($175/month) and never used it, at the moment, there are stuff in there that needs to be thrown away. So if you are interested in renting the shed space, we will clear and clean it before you move your stuff in. We also have a spare bedroom ($150) which we never used as we don't get visitors who stayed with us - you can store your stuff in there except car of course. The bedroom is closed and locked. Our area is safe, only one neighbour next to us and they are really nice then the rest are businesses.
Rules for my space
No inflammable or hazardous items please. If you need access to your stuff, you have to message us first because we don't normally answer phone calls from unknown numbers. Please provide a copy of your I.D (ie. driver's license) and your contact details. Reason we ask this is because we don't just let anyone in in our house so we want to make sure that it's only you who are accessing your stuff. Rest assured, we are very decent people and we always do the right thing to other people.
