Secure undercover car park available in Monument apartment building carpark at 20 Pelican Street Surry Hills. Just off Oxford Street so a short walk to the city. Access requires remote and car park is in well lit underground car park approximately 20 metres from lift. Ideally looking for a medium to long term arrangement - preferably monthly arrangement. Must be contactable to be able to move vehicle if required with 24 hours notice as it's a tandem car park but the other car rarely moves (less than once every three months).
