The Renter is to provide their own locks.
The Renter is to return the common gate key upon cease of use of the container - or fees will apply.
While 24 hour access is available - due to our caretaker living on site - we would request the Renter uses these hours as a preferred guide:
Monday to Friday 06:00am – 10:00pm
Weekends and public holidays 07:00am – 9:00pm

If rent is later than 1 month, the Owner has the right to take possession of the contents and keep them or sell them as desired – additionally, the Owner may, at the Renter’s expense, have the items removed in any way the Owner deems suitable.

Owner has the right to cancel this agreement by giving 1 months notice to the Renter, by which time the Renter must vacate.
