Contact me once the booking is confirmed to collect the key. As the garage is located within a residential neighbourhood, occupants are expected to be considerate of nearby residents and to keep noise to a minimum.
Quiet hours are strictly from 8:00 pm to 8:00 am. During these hours, no noisy activities, vehicle maintenance, loading/unloading that causes excessive noise, music or other activities likely to disturb neighbours are permitted.
Occupants must keep the garage and surrounding area clean and tidy and must use the property respectfully. No hazardous, illegal, flammable or offensive materials may be stored.
By renting the garage, occupants agree to comply with these conditions and to respect the residential nature of the surrounding area.
