Locked basement apartment building parking lot, 24 hour Sevillian Cam on. You can see the side space is huge. This car parking space can be used by wheel chair. We provide bollard and $150 if you decide to install it. Our advantage over others is that, in very rare case if the car space is occupied unauthorized, you are allowed to park outside building in the spare parking space or next to the building manager's office until the issue is fixed (you need to put a note on your car as to why you are parking there of course)
