Description
Single parking space located on the only basement level of the apartment compelex.
24/7 vehicle access is via a car hoist requiring a lift control key and door remote to operate.

Rules for my space
Parking space is Number 18. Use top left button on remote to access hoist from Munster Terrce, top right button to access from basement. Lift controls require inserted key to function, instructions inside.
There is only one copy of the key and remote, and you are responsible for replacement fees if either is lost. ($100 and $150 respectively). To ensure continued access, do not lose either, I don't yet have a replacement.
This parking space does not come with access to the attached overhead storage cage, which I still require the use of. In the rare event that I need to access the cage, I will NOT do so while a vehicle is parked in the space. If I can't find a time when the parking space is empty, I will contact you to arrange a time that is convenient to you.
