Description
This private parking space is located in Kensington and available to lease. While entry is via an undercover car park, it is not undercover itself. It is separated from the other spaces by a brick wall so will be safer from scrapes and dings. Half a minutes walk to Centennial Park or the light rail. Have previously managed to fit a Jeep Grand Cherokee in the space, but pretty tight on the passenger side for people to get out. Would better fit a small to medium sized car.

Entry is via Abbotford street - note this is a one way street. To get there, drive south on Anzac Parade and turn left at the big fig tree into Abbotford Street. Towards the end of the street you will see the entry to the carpark. Once in the undercover carpark, turn right and straight ahead will be the space - with number 43 written on the ground.
