Thank you for booking my car spot! Please note that the entrance to the parking space is on Fairbank Lane. Once your booking is confirmed, please contact me for further instructions. There are five different parking spots available, and they are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. The space may be locked with a spike to protect your car spot, but a key will be provided for the spike. You can also choose to leave the spike unlocked. The electronic gate, which can be seen in the last photo is usually open. If it is closed, you can reach in from the outside and use the controller - top button - opens it, middle button - stops it, bottom button - closes it.
