Underground wine cellar space in SORRENTO

We have a medium sized underground wine cellar (about the size of a small bedroom) available that would suit a serious collector looking to expand his collection. The ceiling is almost a metre underground, so the temperature is extremely stable. Humidity is very high year round.


Access is supervised by staff for over 100 hours per week, and is alarmed with both motion sensors and door sensors at all other times. It is also subject to 24 hour HD CCTV surveillance. It is perhaps one of the most secure spaces in Sorrento. Further security measures can also be negotiated.


The price quoted is a per week rate and is subject to a minimum 12 month contract term. It is for the space only, however, racks can be added by negotiation.
