It is large enough to store car, SUV, smaller size boat and trailer, tradies trailers, smaller poptop style caravans, camper trailers and sports trailers.
It can also be used for the storage of domestic furniture, office archives etc..
It is a solid brick garage with a roller door at the front and a single entry door at the rear.
The space is located at ground level with very easy access and a wide driveway in a quiet neighborhood.
The dimensions are 600 L x 315 W x 255 H, a smaller height vehicle would be best suited, but if the owner knows the height of their vehicle then it would be fine for a larger type SUV, boat and trailer, traildies, trailer or pop top caravan.
Train stations are within a 15 min walk or 10 if you walk fast,
The St. Albans campus of The Victoria Uni is less than 5 min walk.
The main shopping area of St. Albans is a few mins drive up the road and both shopping centres within the area are no more than 10 mins drive or a quick bus ride.
Bus stops going to both stations and both directions are just around the corner and take about 1 minute to walk there.

Be respectful of my neighbors and my dog and all is well.
The garage has full access as mentioned and a key will be supplied for the cost of getting one cut for the prospective renter. If they lose or break that well then they will be required to purchase another key, for which I will, supply the original.
