Lockable door, nice community of people. 1 min from the tram stop at Northcote Town Hall and 6 mins from Northcote train station. Height of ceiling is 1.7m. Currently there is a cupboard inside but that can be removed if not wanted. Access is 24 hours but If wanting to access between 10pm-8am you need to message the residents to let you know you will be coming by. Entry is off rear lane, two steps at doorway to the main space, no steps into storage space, located on ground level of warehouse.
