Description

This bedroom space is located in Mornington and available to lease. Safe, secure and conveniently locate Entrance and exit are both via Exford Drive. Location is approximately 2 mins drive from the Peninsula Homemaker centre, 5 mins drive to Main Street Mornington, 10 mins drive to the beach. Easy drive with approximately 15-20 minute drive to Frankston High School & Monash University Peninsula Campus. Items to be provided in an appropriate storage facility such as but not limited to: a container, plastic tub or box in excellent condition). If the storage facility does break, the person renting the space will need to provide a replacement free of charge & come over & replace the storage facility if too heavy for myself to lift. Owner has a dog in the backyard & roaming the house who must not be let out, allowed to escape either by accident, harmed & made sick under any circumstances (accident or intentional).

Rules for my space

Please provide 3 buss days notice in writing (email) to drop off, collect, or inspect items. I can make myself available between 7-8pm at night or weekends during the afternoons to drop off, collect or inspect items.
Any packed items, I would like to inspect first to ensure there are no legal implications (eg: suitcases or boxes).
A complete manifest to be provided in writing to myself (email) to ensure there is no misunderstanding when goods are inspected or returned.
Renter is not to access any part of the house unless renting the garage. Any other access to the house and them renter must be escorted at all times by the owner.
