Croydon Park - Garage plus back room for storage

This garage space is located in Croydon Park and available to lease. My real estate agent has approved my leasing it out. It's an average single garage with an extra storage room in the back. The garage itself is 3.5 x 6 metres, height 2.6 metres. The storage room is about 1.5 x 2.5 metres. There is a half-metre drop from the floor of the garage to the floor of the storage room. As seen in the pictures, my neighbours park their car in the driveway next to mine. I want to rent out the space for long-term storage rather than regular use, as I'll need to let my neighbours know if you need to get a car in or out of that driveway. You can park on the street 24/7 for access that way.
