Access & Key Collection:
After booking, contact me directly to arrange key and swipe card pickup.
I live next door, so access can be arranged same day or immediately if needed.
Renters are responsible for keeping the key and swipe secure at all times.
Location & Storage Rules:
The storage box is located in a secure garage with easy access from the main street.
It is an Over-Bonnet Storage , meaning it is above a car space but fully accessible and secure.
The space is for storage only (no flammable, illegal, or hazardous materials).
No unauthorized access to the garage outside of storing or retrieving items.
Bond & Security Deposit:
A $100 refundable bond is required.
The bond will be returned once the key and swipe are returned in good condition.
If the key or swipe is lost, a replacement fee may be charged.
Storage Conditions:
The storage box must be properly locked after use.
