Access during business hours is free and at least 24 hours notice is required for access to be arranged. The renter will have placed their own padlock on the door of their box. The renter keeps the key/combination guaranteeing only they have access to their box. Renter is not to store goods that are perishable, flammable, environmentally harmful, stolen, hazardous, dangerous, illegal, or explosive. Our monthly price posted is inclusive of our GST. Included in that is we free deliver the box to the renter. The renter has 24 hours to fill their box. Or the renter can pay us $120 per hour for 2 men to load their box (normally 2-3 hours). We then free deliver their box back to our secure storage facility. All this means is that the renter is not paying for a removalist or a rental truck to move their goods, saving them even more money. The renter can free access their box during business hours.
