Fitzroy North- Bedroom Space For Storage

I am meticulous about my home, and would expect care to be taken during storage and retrieval activities, and would expect wall/room damage not to occur at all. I am home most of the time, and open to reasonable, flexible access requirements, preferably limited to once a week. Insurance would be the responsibility of the renter, and I would accept no responsibility for loss or damage to goods in storage, though all care would be taken. I would expect to give and receive at least 4 weeks notice of termination of the rental agreement. I would not provide a key, but would guarantee access within 24 hours if required.
