Description
This lock up garage parking space is located in Woolloomooloo and available to lease. The car park is in an ideal location, close to the CBD. It is a narrow car park, not suited to larger vehicles. I have previously had SUVs in the space but it can be a tight fit. It is the closest car park to the entrance to the garage, which exits onto busby lane. You can exit the carpark by a lift (10 metres from the carpark) which opens into a lobby adjacent to William street. A seperate lift 30 metres from the car park exits closer to boomerang Place. A deposit of $50 is required to get a fob that allows you to access the garage. There is also a space to wash your vehicle in the car park.
Rules for my space
Once the booking is confirmed, you can contact me to collect the fob. The provision of the fob will be organised by the building but should not take longer than a week to organise. Looking for long term bookings.
