This undercover parking space is located in North Sydney and available to lease. Small cars only will fit in this space. Small sedan or hatch back.
Rules for my space
* 24/7 Access
* Access to the carpark (driving or walking) is via Walker St only. Walking entry is next to the carpark via the black gate, your pass will give you access to this gate 24/7, you then use the fire stairs to walk down to B7 (last door at the bottom of the stairs).
* Exit - you exit onto Little Walker St (back of the building)
* Exit + Entry Between 5.30pm - 8.00am, when the security roller door is closed, please only tap your card once or the system will lock your card. This can only be unlocked by the community team during business hours. The roller door can be a little slow, please be patient and don't double tap.
* Staffed Site Hours are 8.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday
