Hey there! I have a single car space in my garage available in Mitcham. Located on Whitehorse Rd, we're only a 6-7 minute walk from the Mitcham train station and local shopping precinct.
I'm open to this space being used in various ways. If you've got a vintage/classic car that you need stored for the long term, or if you want to have a space to park daily to then catch public transport to work, or if you have stock/inventory for your business that you want to store.
Your access to the space would be pretty flexible, as you'd be provided with the 'clicker' to the garage with a $75 refundable security deposit for the clicker.
Physical access to the space is very easy, so whatever you're looking to store - it's all very easy for you.

As mentioned above, I'm pretty flexible here with whatever you'd like to store - obviously remaining in the bounds of legal...!
I am looking for more of a long-term arrangement - minimum 6 months, but preferably "forever"! :)
I'm very cruisy in regards to access to the space - however, midnight access would seem excessive without prior notice. I am happy to accommodate your needs if you let me know in advance.
