Kingsford - Safe Driveway Parking near UNSW

Contact me once the booking is confirmed for further instructions. I am the renter of unit 5. My space is found behind the building. This is accessed via the driveway of the right of the building. There are no lock up, keys etc for entry. Entry time will be Mon-Fri 8am-6pm. Special consideration allowed for weekends upon request. Specific rules for the space involve obvious community neighborhood etiquette: respect neighbors, value private property, and to enter and exit the premise quickly and quietly. Upon confirmation of rental agreement, I would like to receive a copy of the renters drivers licence for personal confirmation storage and phone number.
