BONUS: access to apartment gym, sauna and pool
Deposit of $200 once you rent in case anything happens to the fob and car keys. The deposit will be returned once you stop renting the car space.
Right next to the central pier tram stop (1 min walk to stop it is directly across the road) 30,35,70,75,86 trams that all head towards the city
Marvel arena (Etihad stadium) 2 mins walk
Southern cross is 5 mins drive away
Melbourne central is 10 mins drive
The level 3 car space is inside an apartment complex and only apartment owners can access it with the fob. It is completely safe and has a security guard at night in the lobby.
With the fob you can access the indoor gym, pool and sauna on level 4 if you would like also.
