Our townhouse shares a small 5 car ground floor parking garage with the adjacent townhouses, and we have no need for our carpark; you would have it all to yourself. The entrance is off a quiet side street and is secured with a remote controlled roller door. The parking space can fit a large sedan or mid sized wagon or SUV. Once parked, just walk 1 minute to get to Smith Street or a couple of minutes to Wellington. Jump on the 86 tram on Smith Street and be in the city in about 10 minutes! We would prefer a long term renter, but contact us for any booking.
