Monash Specialist Centre is a 5 min walk, Clayton Station is about a 7 min walk and Monash Uni is a 5 min drive, and bus stops are just a few metres away. Great, location, close to medical clinics, banks, PO, shops and community centre. Convenient opportunity for MMC staff and students. Someone home most of the time. If returning to collect vehicle in the evenings, let us know the time and we can leave the carport light on for you. If you wish to view the space, feel free to come by at any time (pls don't knock).
