4 min drive to M4
5 min walk to Liverpool Rd (which has many great restaurants, medical clinics and amenities like a First Choice, Pet O's, Supercheap Auto, 7/11)
10 min walk to Ashfield Mall (which has major stores like Aldi, BSW, Coles, Commonwealth Bank, EB Games, Kmart, KFC, OPSM, Priceline, St George, NAB, Subway, Specsavers, Vodafone, The Reject Shop, Westpac, Woolworths, Chemist and a post office)
